Red Velvet Cookie, also known as HellHound is a major antagonist and playable character in the 2021 Korean gacha game Cookie Run: Kingdom. First appearing in the Story Mode, Episode 10: Timeless Kingdom as a minor antagonist and the Tower of Sweet Chaos event story as the main antagonist. he also appears as one of the secondary antagonists in the Braver Together event.

He is a servant of Dark Enchantress Cookie who is in charge of leading his army of Cake Monsters into battle. In truth, he cares about the lives of the Cake Monsters and joined her under the belief that she would create a world where creatures can live equally amongst Cookies.

Red Velvet Cookie is a fierce, intimidating leader who commands his army of Cake Monsters, but beneath his aggressive exterior he is very caring and fatherly towards the Cakes, showing genuine affection and concern towards their lives. He even gives the ones he likes most names like Chiffon and Cakeberus. He felt sympathy towards their subhuman treatment by Cookiekind and the Witches, so he joined Dark Enchantress Cookie under the promise that she will build a world where they are equal.

He also laments the fates of the Cakes who are unable to survive outside the oven. Red Velvet Cookie's ideology also made an impact towards the zealous Pastry Cookie, whom he (understandably) called out for taking lives which she deemed unimportant and him comforting Chiffon as he was wounded shook her ideals. In short, Red Velvet Cookie is an anti-villain with a humane and egalitarian philosophy, but ended up being considered "evil" by both the heroes and holy weaponry due to his genuine beliefs towards the side of darkness.
